Delivery & Transportation
The goods from APN Music will be considered delivered, when the consumer receives the goods. The goods will be shipped using the Pakke.dk or Post Danmark. Delivery time is normally 1-2 working days within Denmark.
Risk for the goods
The risk for the goods purchased through APN Music will pass to the customer, when said customer receives the goods
Complaints
Any purchase from APN Music comes with a 24 months “right to complain”. This means that based on a case-by-case assessment, APN Music will either exchange the goods, or grant a total or part refund. The complaint must be warranted, and the fault cannot be due to erroneous use of the product or other damaging behaviour. The buyer is obligated to give notice of any faults seen in connection to the delivery from APN Music within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Any complaint given by the buyer within 14 days after receipt of the goods, will always be considered timely. The customer has a duty to describe, and if asked to do so also to demonstrate, the fault. Any rightful complaint will of course be granted a refund of the return shipping costs, within reason.

You can order your goods online and pay with Dankort via PayPal or through your own PayPal account. All prices in APN Music are ex. VAT.
Return of goods
APN Music grants a 14 days right to return the goods, applicable from the day you receive your goods. Notice of any wish to return must be given to APN Music before 14 days following the day you received your goods. The customer is obligated to return the goods in the same condition and amount, as it was received. This means that the plastic wrapping must be untampered with.
